The Propulsion Pack functions similarly to a Jet Pack. While the player holds down the Utility Action Button with the Propulsion Pack selected, the character accelerates vertically at 15 meters per second.

The Propulsion Pack stores 10 unites of fuel which are used at a rate of 1 fuel per second. The Propulsion Pack restores fuel at a rate of 1 fuel per 10 seconds.
